The Mega-T Meal Plan

Clinically designed to help you lose weight

Follow our complete, 10-week meal plan for a simple, easy way to lose weight. We’ve outlined menus for a full 10 weeks, 70 days and 210 meals. And we made sure that each day includes a mixture of healthy foods and choices to fit everyone’s desires.

Please note that this diet’s goal is approximately 1,200 calories, per day. We do suggest that you speak to your medical provider about an appropriate calorie intake for your individual weight loss needs. This plan may not be suitable for everyone. Some individuals can safely lose weight with a slightly higher calorie plan.

We recommend that you take one (1) MEGA-T caplet with a full glass of water, 20 minutes prior to each meal.

The Mega-T Exercise Plan

Designed to promote fitness and well-being

Begin with the full body warm-up and flexibility exercises. Muscles must be warm and pliable before engaging in stretches. Perform each of the toning exercises 10-12 times. As you become more fit, increase to 2 and then 3 sets.

After you do (I) Warm up and Flexibility Exercises, you may proceed to the (II) Toning/Strengthening Exercises. You may wish to use an exercise or yoga mat to perform floor stretches and exercises.
